Begin with the purpose of your outdoor space. Is it somewhere to relax, an area beside a swimming pool, or a garden you want to refresh? Explain what you like about the current space and what you would like to change.
Bring your ideas to the discussion. EADiaz will review the requested work with you so the scope is clear before you proceed. Specific plants, materials, features and construction work should be confirmed in the project quotation.
What to include in a landscaping inquiry
- Project location: city or municipality and province.
- Approximate space: length and width, area, or a description if you have not measured it yet.
- Existing conditions: describe the garden, pool or other features already there.
- Your priorities: the changes you want and how you plan to use the space.
- Site access and timing: access information and a target start date for discussion.

Pool construction and landscaping in one discussion
If your plans include a new pool, share the pool and garden requirements together. This lets the discussion cover both spaces and identify the work you want included.
Landscaping is quoted separately from the pool construction estimate. The ₱22,000–₱25,000 per-m² indicative rate for pools of 50 m² and above is not a landscaping rate. Landscaping and additional features need a project-specific assessment.
