Indicative construction costs by pool area
For a rectangular pool, multiply length by width in meters to get the area. These examples apply only to the stated construction pricing for pools of 50 m² or more.

These are EADiaz estimates, not a nationwide market average or fixed package. The finish affects the rate. Depth, site conditions and the agreed scope still need review before a final quotation.
How much does a small swimming pool cost?
A pool below 50 m² needs a custom project quotation. For example, a 3 m × 4 m pool has an area of 12 m², but the ₱22,000–₱25,000 per-m² range above does not apply to it.

What about extra features and other charges?
The table does not include a price for every possible addition. Describe the features and surrounding work you want, including landscaping, so each can be assessed in the quotation. Ask for the proposed inclusions, exclusions and additional charges to be written clearly before proceeding.
Labor-only and filtration work also requires a custom quotation; the construction rate above should not be applied automatically to that scope.
What to send for a more useful estimate
- Your name, contact number and project location.
- Planned pool length, width and depth, or an approximate area.
- Preferred finish and any additional features.
- Site access details and your target start date.
If you do not have exact measurements yet, explain what you know. You can begin a discussion before all details are final.
