What to prepare for a pool quotation
A useful quotation starts with the space and the work you need. These details help us review your project:
- Location: city or municipality and province.
- Dimensions: planned length, width and depth, or an approximate pool area.
- Finish: the tiles or other finish you have in mind.
- Access: how the team and construction materials can reach the site.
- Additional features: describe any ideas to assess separately.
- Timing: your preferred start date, subject to discussion and confirmation.
You can include questions or a description of your available space even if you are still exploring options.
Small pools and larger projects are priced differently
Pools below 50 m² need a custom quotation for the whole project. A small pool should not be priced simply by multiplying its area by our larger-pool rate.
For construction of pools 50 m² and above, the indicative range is ₱22,000–₱25,000 per m², depending on the finish. Additional work and landscaping are assessed separately. This is a planning estimate, not a final contract price.
